Product Owner | Cargill | July 2017 – present

  • Currently leading a team to build out Cargill’s new IoT Platform to enable development teams around the world build out IoT solutions
  • Customer needs discovery, product roadmap development, UX/UI prototyping, backlog ownership, 
  • Built out web, iOS, and Android apps for chicken farming, localized in Portuguese and Spanish, with paying customers in 10 months

Product Owner | Optum | October 2014 – June 2017

  • Led a project to rapidly build a breast milk delivery service in 3 months for a new $1.3 billion client, reporting directly to the OptumRx CEO, built web app for call center to take orders
  • UX testing and UI design to bring prescription refills and wellness opportunities to OptumRx web and mobile app
  • Led an 8-person User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team in OptumRx Specialty Pharmacy

VP of Operations + Product Owner | Medeo | October 2014 – July 2014

  • Employee #4 of Canada’s first virtual clinic, allowing patients and doctors to conduct virtual health visits via web and mobile
  • Designed and built back-office clinical operations, managing a team of 6 health care coordinators in the video call center
